Just in time for the Thursday night tilt between the Ravens and Bengals, we have the Week 13 show. We cover numerous topics including why Marvin Harrison is so angry; why the Kansas City Chiefs don’t seem to care about Larry Johnson’s career; and we discuss what exactly Bryant Gumbel was doing during Thanksgiving Night’s Broncos/Chiefs games. As if that is not enough, we talk about how we handle colds. I’m assuming Ivan Drago never got a cold, considering he did copious amounts of steroids. Anyway, you can grab it here.

The long and winding road of the NFL regular season is heading down the home stretch and finally perhaps for the first time this season we saw some of the league’s newer faces growing up. In Indianapolis, Joseph Addai made mince meat out of a once proud Philadelphia Eagles defensive front by rushing for four touchdowns; Matt Leinart had a great statistical effort in defeat against the Minnesota Vikings; and in Atlanta, Michael Vick…umm…hasn’t quite grown up yet. It’s all a part of the Sunday Wrap.

It’s that time of year again which means good food and fun, exciting football are just around the corner! Okay, the football may not be great, (Who are the wizards that decided Tampa should play on Thanksgiving?) but the food will be good. Derek and I go over those subjects and also touch on ice golfing, which just looks painful and excellent.
No weekly rankings this week because, well, the NFL doesn’t give us enough time for it. The show should answer your questions though. Have a safe and joyful holiday.
Edit — Grab it here. Sorry about not posting the link earlier and thanks to Adam A. for alerting me to its absence.
If you are wrestling with any week 12 lineup decisions and would like to know what Derek and/or I think about it, either leave a comment on this post or email us at andyg@mvpff.com or derekj@mvpff.com. We’ll either answer your question(s) on the show, here, or through email.
Also, tell us what your favorite part of Thanksgiving is. Derek and I need to get psyched up for the holiday.

As we approach playoff time in fantasy football, LaDainian Tomlinson and Drew Brees may be two players who carry your team to a championship. Once again on Sunday, both enjoyed monstrous fantasy performances. Week 11 will likely be remembered just as much for injuries though. Players dropped like flies around the league yesterday. In Philadelphia, Donovan McNabb saw his regular season end for the third time in five seasons; Lamont Jordan’s season may have come to an end in with a knee injury in Kansas City; New England KO’d Brett Favre in a shutout victory in Green Bay; and the potential NFL Rookie of the Year suffered the dreaded high ankle sprain. It’s all a part of the Sunday Wrap.

1. Steve Smith vs. St. Louis– Smith should cut through the Rams secondary rather easily for possible two scores and close to 150 yards receiving.
2. Marques Colston vs. Cincinnati– Colston established himself as the NFL’s most productive rookie player. Facing a defense that gave up 49 points last week, Colston should thrive again.
3. Marvin Harrison vs. Dallas– The methodology of Bill Parcells will ultimately determine the fantasy stats is this one. Will he take a conservative ball control approach? Or will he throw caution to the wind with Tony Romo? Whatever the decision, nothing should stop Harrison from getting into the end zone at least once.

1) Larry Johnson vs. Raiders — Hopefully the Raiders will put some points on the board so Johnson isn’t taken out of the game by half-time.
2) LaDainian Tomlinson vs. Broncos — Despite Tomlinson’s struggles against Denver, there’s no way you’re benching him.
3) Rudi Johnson vs. Saints — Hey, can someone get Rudi an alarm clock? Thanks.

1) Whatever vs. Cowboys — I’m bored now.
2) Donovan McNabb vs. Titans — So McNabb tossed a pass out to the right side of the field and Reggie Brown caught it. And then fumbled. Except he didn’t fumble, he just dropped the ball and then Correl Buckhalter got the carom, and then he ran for a touchdown. And that’s why so many fantasy owners lost their game or won their game on Wednesday. That makes sense.
3) Drew Brees vs. Bengals — Cincy has allowed over 25 points in each of their last three games, including 26 points allowed against the offensive juggernaut known as the Baltimore Ravens.

I was going to have a picture of Randy Moss with devil horns or something, but the site has been acting up lately (We apologize for that) and I don’t know how long I have to write this. So nothing witty, and nothing fun. Just substance.
Grab the show here, because I lost a bet and I had to pay. Oh, and we go over week 11’s slate of games.
